    While I work on a wide variety of projects, I typically take up freelance illustration work for: 

    • Social media and marketing campaigns 
    • Books, websites and educational material 
    • Fundraising and outreach campaigns (nonprofits)

    TELL ME YOUR REQUIREMENTS

    Let me know in as much detail as possible what you're looking for. No problem if you don't have a well-defined idea: I can work with you to help you shape and structure the story. 

    I usually ask for at least a couple of weeks for a project and rarely take up work that's on a strict deadline.

    I create the comic

    I work closely with you to translate your brief into a visual narrative. I send you a sample and allow for edits to make sure you're happy with the words, style and drawings. 

    I charge a 50% advance before starting a project and the rest once it's delivered.

    goodies ready 

    I hand over final files as hi-res JPG or PNG. I typically don't handle printing, however occasionally I can print custom posters or t-shirts; depending on where the recipient is based.

    Previous work

    Custom comic series: Mr G's Pizzeria, California

    A series of comics for pizzeria based in Diamond Bar, California. The comics are published in the local magazine, The Windmill. The comics focus on community and often feature local news, people and events.

      A series of 24 comics based on "humans vs machines" for a soft skills learning app. A really fun project! 🙂

        Visual narrative for Sree Gopal Rice Mills, India | Agriculture

        Illustrating the journey of paddy from the farm to your plate! Commissioned by a rice mill in India, this comic was printed on their packaging.

          Cartoon for Mahseer Trust, a UK-based charity| Conservation

          A story created for the Mahseer Trust, UK, which works with the indigenous people of South India to conserve the endangered game fish mahseer.  It's part of a series that showcases the relationship between the Mullukuruma tribal people of Wyanad and the fish, which is considered sacred by them.

          Comics for a house share/flatmate website | SimplyGuest, Bangalore 

          A series of 8 comics created for SimplyGuest, a house rental service in Bangalore. The brand wanted to promise customers a safe and secure stay without having to worry about moral policing or judgement. We addressed these issues in a lighter vein through these comics.

            Bagman is a character created for Rewheel, a company that makes cloth bags. Bagman travels the world with his son, "giving bag to society"!
